I have attached a copy of a NEFA presentation that I have presented at an earlier NEFA events. Examine several different areas of Reg. B that have recently been amended, challenged or updated: the Application process, Reporting and Enforcement. From a regulatory perspective, understanding the nature of the Lessor’s duties, obligations and rights vis a vis the Credit Applicant and its rights and duties which is helpful in dealing with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and, Lessees against whom Enforcement may one day be necessary.
